It's that time of year to sell the A+ Cards to help supplement GWCHE's yearbook costs.  This card entitles the holder to a wealth of discounts within our community.  Last year GWCHE raised over $1,100.00!  We are blessed to have this great opportunity again!!

Please consider buying an A+ Card for your family even if you don't plan to sell additional cards.

This fundraiser helps keep the cost of our yearbook low, making it affordable for many who might not purchase one otherwise.  So, please consider participating with GWCHE's A+ Cards, even if you are unsure about purchasing a yearbook for your family.  This is a great opportunity to serve other and ...it is an EASY fundraiser!!!

The A+ Card is $10.00 and an additional coupon book with 100 coupons is also available for only $5.00 more when you buy a card for $10.00. 

Discounts for the new cards begin September 1, 2007.

We can be the first to get started!  Public schools don't go back to school until August 27th this year, so we can get a head start selling cards.

YOU MAY START SELLING BEFORE THE ORDER FORMS ARE HERE. 

You may make your own form with the customer's name, address, phone number, number of cards, number of additional coupon books and how much money you collect. 

Checks should be made payable to GWCHE.

There are 5 opportunities to pick up cards and turn in money.

August 16th - Order forms available at the August GWCHE Meeting/Resource Fair.  Forms will also be available at the GWCHE library or from Silvia Woodard.

August 24 - 10:00 am at Fellowship Bible Church at the Brazos Valley Co-op meeting.

September 7 - 8:30 am to 3:30 pm - A+ Cards available at Brazos Valley Co-op at Fellowship Bible Church.  Bring forms and money.

September 14 - 8:30-9:30 am and 2:00-3:30 pm -  A+ Cards available at Brazos Valley Co-op at Fellowship Bible Church.  Bring forms and money.

September 20 - FINAL Day for card/money exchange at September GWCHE meeting.  This is the date for determining prize winners.  Cash prize drawing, announcement of winners and distribution of checks for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners.

Late September/Early October - Pizza party for participants.  Confirmed date TBA. 

Have fun selling!!!  It is easy, most people are aware of it already, we will be a week or more ahead of the schools, and the prizes are fun!!!

Be very professional in your approach and your follow-through.  Remember that you are representing GWCHE.  Thank you for all your efforts.
