Sponsored by the National Geographic Society, this is held
annually for students in the 4th - 8th grades who are not over the age of
15 by the National Geographic Bee on May 22-23, 2007. The winner in our
local GWCHE bee take a written test to qualify for state competition and
the top 100 students in Texas advance to the state bee. Start
